Associate Professor
ZHANG Chunli, Doctor of Law. She is currently an Associate Professor of Law in the Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). She teaches Employment Law and Economic Law.
She obtained her Bachelor degree of law (LLB) form Beijing Technology and Business University, Master degree of law (LLM) from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) and PhD of law from Peking University Law School. She had been a visiting scholar in the Florida University Levin College of Law in 2012. She also joined the Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics of the University of Chicago in 2013 and 2018.
She has published the monograph of China’s Basic Medicare Welfare Law in China and more than 20 papers in journals such as “China Legal Science”, “Tsinghua University Law Journal”, “Science of Law (Journal of Northwest University of Political Science and Law)”, “Law Review”, “Law Science”, “Tribune of Political Science and Law”, “Northern Legal Science”, “Aged Finance Review”, “China Social Security”, “China Legal Education Research”, “Journal of Capital Normal University (Social Sciences Edition)” and other articles in newspapers, such as “China Legal Science News”.
She has participated and completed the National Social Science Fund Project and Beijing Municipal Social Science Fund Project.
She had selected as “one of the ten most excellent researchers” on campus at Peking University.
