Research Projects
1. To participate in the research project of the Ministry of Justice “Legal Issues on the Governance of State-Owned Enterprises” (Project No. 02SFB2025) hosted by Prof. Xu Xiaosong, and take on the sub-topic “Study on Legal Issues of State-owned Shareholders”, completing more than 60,000 words.
2. To participate in the SASAC research project “Study on the Board of Directors of State-owned Sole Companies” hosted by Professor Xu Xiaosong, and take on the sub-subject “The Relationship between the SASAC and the State-owned Sole Companies Board of Directors” and the “Basic Framework of the State-owned Sole Companies Board of Directors System” and complete more than 60,000 words.
3. To participate in the 2006 Research Project of the Philosophy and Social Science Research of the Ministry of Education, chaired by Prof. Li Shuguang, “Study on Legal Protection Mechanism of State-owned Assets”, and serve as a sub-project team member chaired by Professor Xu Xiaosong;
4. To participate in the writing of two chapters in the "Reader of Socialist Legal Principles" prepared by the Central Political and Law Commission and independently undertake two sections of content;
