Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education announced the winners of the 17th Famous Teachers’ Award of Universities and Colleges in Beijing and the 5th Famous Young Teachers’ Award for Universities and Colleges in Beijing. Prof. Liu Jia' an of the Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) won the Famous Teachers’ Awards. A total of 70 teachers were awarded as Famous Teachers.

The Beijing Municipal Commission of Education launched the Famous Teachers’ Award in 2003. Up to now, CUPL has a total of 24 teachers who have won the Municipal Famous Teachers’ Award.
