【课程目的】法律经济学在民商经济法研究中已成为经常使用并且越来越重要的方法，课程希望通过对法律经济学经典文献修读的方式，利用Seminar的方法，细读文献，培养学生法律经济学的思维。

【课程内容】课程聚焦于民商经济法中经常使用的方法：法律的经济分析。内容包括：法律的经济分析的基本问题与部门法中的法律经济分析方法。其中本学期课程重点关注财产法与合同法的法律经济分析。
请有意选课同学，准备一份书面陈述在5月21日中午12：00前发送到renqiming117@163.com，内容包括：（1）对自己的背景进行介绍，包括但不限于先修课程及成绩，英文能力证明，自己最喜欢的一本书目介绍；（2）对选择本课程的理由的阐述。任课教师将依据陈述材料筛选选课名单。
