2014年10月28日晚，龙八国际网页long8868社会法研究所于在学院路校区科研楼A1013会议室举办“欧洲社会保障：社会权利与经济自由的平衡”学术沙龙，由赵红梅所长主持。

希腊塞萨洛尼基亚里士多德大学法学院主研社会法及欧盟法的Anna-Maria Konsta副教授就“欧洲社会保障：社会权利与经济自由的平衡”（EU Social Securities: the Balance of Social Rights and Economic Freedom）做主旨发言，中国社会科学院法学院研究所余少祥研究员、龙八国际网页long8868法治政府研究院郝倩副教授、龙八国际网页long8868胡彩霄副教授和杨飞副教授做了精彩点评，北京大学法学院博士后流动站闫天博士与会并作精彩发言。

在自由讨论阶段，赵红梅副教授、Anna-Maria Konsta副教授与余少祥研究员和郝倩副教授等学者，就该中国与欧洲劳动与社会保障法领域内社会权利与经济自由问题展开深入讨论。

最后，赵红梅老师作了总结并向与会老师和学生致谢。

The Labor and Social Securities Law Institute of Civil and Economic Law School, CUPL, held the 19th Salon of the Civil and Economic Law School on 28th, Oct., at A1013, Keyan Building, Xueyuan Road. President and associate professor Zhao Hongmei presides the salon.

Anna-Maria Konsta who is an associate professor of the School of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and mainly majors on Social Law and EU law, speak firstly on the topic of EU Social Securities: the Balance of Social Rights and Economic Freedom. Associate researcher Yu Shaoxiang of Institute of Law School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, associate professor Hao Qian of Institute of the Rule of Law and Government (CUPL) and associate professor Yang Fei and associate professor Hu caixiao of Labor and Social Securities Law Institute of Civil and Economic Law School, reviewed the subject speech of associate professor Anna-Maria Konsta. Dr. Yan Tian who works in the postdoctoral research station of the Law School of Peking University also participates to the salon and discussed about this subject.

In the free discussion period, associate professor Zhao Hongmei, Anna-Maria Konsta and Yu Shaoxiang, ect., discussed the issues of the social rights and economic freedom in the area of labor and social securities law of China and EU.
